If you're an independent IT professional and would like us to represent you, please get in touch. We meet everyone face to face. We don't conduct coding or psychometric tests but we may ask you for references from your colleagues. If you're recommended to us by someone we already represent that's a great start, too - we like to operate within a 'respect network'.
You don't have to sign-up to 7N or use our services exclusively - it is, after all, your career.
When we meet, we aim to get to know you and understand the type of work you are looking for. We'll explain about the types of companies we promote people to and what might be appropriate for you. With your consent, we'll also put your CV in a 7N format for consistency. You get to approve everything we write about you and you will know exactly where we are promoting you - we don't randomly spam CVs and we don't have a database which mechanically matches job specs to CVs. It's all about us representing you to clients we have relationships with - and finding you the best contracts.
